Hey, I just read an article in Woman's World Magazine explaining Bob Harpers's The Skinny Rules-No carbs after lunch rule. It sounds like an interesting concept, I might give it a shot. It pretty much says eat your carbs for breakfast and lunch, maybe a snack as long as it is all before 1-2 pm or so. Then stick to a high protein & veggie dinner. I could try for a bit but dinners usually contain a serving of brown rice, wheat pasta, sweet potato or even starchy veggies like carrots, peas or corn.
But since I am kind of at a stand still as far as the scale I guess I need to change something up a bit. Has anyone tried this? How did you like it?
