For food, see day one!
40 min of brazil butt lift (bum bum & bum bum rapido)
45 min playing badminton :)
So far no extreme cravings, although I've been doing nothing but going from class to work so by the time I get home I am ready to sleep! (tomorrow will be the same)
... I am stressed out but trying to remember to take time to breathe!
Hopefully I can keep to my goal of p90x yoga 3x week and brazil butt lift 4x!
My one dilemma now, though, is whether to do my yoga in the morning or at night... When I try it in the mornings I can't seem to focus in the moment.. I'm thinking about what I have to do for the day... But regular workouts energize me in the mornings.... And by the time that night rolls around and i get off of work and finish studying i am too tired to do yoga and just want to sleep! Any suggestions?!?
