So today I decided to take a walk alone, no kids they slow me down. To my surprise my s/o walked with me as well and began to speak to me about my health and fitness. He stated that he will make it point for us to walk together since he needs and want to get into shape as well. He walks 4-6 times weekly, I walk 0-1 times weekly. His walk almost crippled me, not only did we walk, we jogged as well!!!! I was soo short of breath and tired and sweaty that I cannot wait for us to do it again. I am just soo glad he is there for me what an encouragement. Although he did request that I start cooking real food again since he is not on a diet, I just laughed.
