I had my day all planned out today since I didn't have work scheduled and didn't anticipate anything opening up. I was going to drop A off at school, head our for a run, get a bunch of yard work done...just finally work on my to do list. Then, at 7:25, I got a job. Yay!
So, not only did I not get in a morning workout, I didn't drink my water before work and I couldn't work out at school because I didn't have my own room. Ugh. Not the best way to start my day. But, I got to work with friends and visit some. I was able to get in all my water and I got in my cardio tonight. I did 30 day shred with A, she chose the level and did some of the moves with me. I got some yard work done after she went to bed (though not nearly as much as I wanted to get done) and then got in my run. That was a little disappointing. I had to run on the treadmill, which is in my bedroom on the second floor, and which has very little cross breeze and still hadn't cooled down from the 90* day we had before the storms came through. So, it was a little slow, and felt rough since I'm not used to running so late. It will be good practice for something though I imagine. Tomorrow should be a better day since I'm already planning on working.

Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 30-45 minutes cardio
Midday workout: 10 minutes cardio? (Depends on if I have a cool enough room)
PM workout: RBR
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 10:00 pm
