I have no more Tae-Bo videos to do reviews on but I did start Insanity today. Well actually I should have started it yesterday but I was out of town so I started it today. I am going to try to only do this workout without supplementing it with anything else. It is summer so I do not want to be spending hours working out plus it gets hot a lot earlier so I do not want to make myself sick. My body may respond a little better by only doing one workout and I may get better results. I am also going to try to go by his eating plan. He suggests I eat 1700-2100 calories per day so I am going to also try to stay within that calorie range as well. I tried to do Insanity last year but I failed miserably at it but this year is going to be different and I am going to complete it with flying colors and I would love to lose 10-15 pounds during the process. Tomorrow will be shopping for all my healthy foods to keep me fueled to my highest!
The fit test was only 25 minutes and I burned 382 calories! The fit test is to be completed every 2 weeks so I will share those results when the test is preformed. Each exercise is done for 1 minutes and you do as many as you can in that minute.
The starting results are:
1. Switch Kicks 55
2. Power Jacks 45
3. Power Knees 90
4. Power Jumps 30
5. Globe Jumps 10
6. Suicide Jumps 16
7. Push-up Jacks 15
8. Low Plank Oblique 50
Not really a bad start but I am anxious to see what they are in 2 weeks.
