I reached my goal of getting to Level 10 by May 1; in fact, I think it was a bit earlier than that but I don't remember exactly when I did hit it. If anyone knows how to go back and see that let me know. And, now I'm about to hit Level 11 in the next day or so! The weight is finally coming off and I can feel a difference at -10 pounds. And, it seems I don't feel the need to eat quite as much as when I started, yet I am still satisfied. I've been doing lots of reading on Sparkpeople and I can say I'm quite sure that has helped me stay on goal. Also, I've been trying to get a bonus spin every day...again, more reading and more paying attention to the whole process. Very helpful I think in getting me where I am right now. Recently, I've also been trying other people's recipes and that sparks things up as well. If you are on a plateau try investing more time to hit your goal from all these different angles if you haven't been doing this already. Use the Other Goals feature too. I've noticed that when I get to earn a point it helps to make me do it.
