Completed day 18 after a 5 day break for the long weekend of traveling and eating and drinking. I did very bad this weekend with the drinking... and my food intake wasn't so hot.
Because of my poor choices i have gained back 7lbs. I'm hoping that some of that is due to salt intake and the overeating and will come off over the course of this week if I make better choices.
I completed all three of my workouts today. The shred level 2 was sweaty but doable. After the bike ride my knees were a little sore, and i started my walk with a little knee pain but it went away after i hit the promenade.
Overall i feel good about my workouts and food intake today. Wish me luck this week to lose all the gained weight from the weekend.
