I signed up for the gym today, right after I completed Day 1 Week 2 of the c25k training. The gym is at my work so I plan on alternating running days and gym days. It'll be perfect. And speaking of perfect, the director of the gym has the perfect body. She doesn't have an ounce of fat on her. She's all lean muscle, which is why I intend to sign up for all of the classes she teaches. I used to look at her and be so envious, well I still do, but instead of being bitter about it I'm going to ask her to help me achieve the same results.
I'm determined to stick to this program. It'll be much easier to stick with it since I'll be designating an hour everyday to my mission for good health. My biggest challenge is going to be food. I was so tired after my run that the temptation to eat crap pulled on me. I allowed myself to eat a lemon-raspberry cupcake. Man was it delicious.
TOmorrow I'm packing a strawberry salad to snack on after my class. Nom nom nom :)
