week 3 day 4

I've been experimenting with other workout DVDs, and not just 'sticking' with my initial plan. So far, I've done the Firm 'Complete Aerobics and Weight Training', and the Firm' Cardio Overdrive', as well as my planned 'Perfect Legs, Abs and Glutes' and 'Skinny Sculpt.'

Today is so hot that inside my house, it's 84 degrees. UGH! I dream of... central air conditioning.

Went to Rochester for the weekend, visiting my sister's family, and Buffalo area to visit my parents. Got off in my eating. Why is it so hard when there's so much food around? But I am back on track, and focused on eating within my calorie range. Cheers to all; here's to having a great week!

    ooohooo I know what you mean about traveling and still eating right. I always try to pack some healthy snacks with me so I know I have something to eat!
