So I managed to get back on track with the not eating at night, no snacks for me yay! (though I did take my fellow sparkers' advice and took a healthier snack just in case). I also am on my second day of walking, dragging my mom with me :), she has been wanting to lose weight too so what better workout partner and the more support the merrier :). Also did the 6 week body makeover strength training programming, and going to try to pull out a 45 min cardio as well. Feeling pretty great today, still trucking along!
