It's only Tuesday and I already feel overwhelmed!! I want to see bigger numbers! Better results! I want to lose weight!!! But it's hard...and I knew that going in, I just need to stay motivated! I need to remind myself why I am pushing! Why I am forcing my life to change! I am feeling discouraged and want an easy way out, but the best way "out" is to eat right, work out, and drink water! That will change my diet! I want to pull a BIG number this week! That means I need to push!
