So its been a whirlwind adventure in losing weight. From dieting to calorie counting to a dr supervised fasting program I am on my way.
I originally set a goal size (not weight) and I made it. Losing 10 dress sizes has been huge. The numbers on the scale mean nothing when it comes to how I feel.
I ran on the beach, hiked and all kinds of physical activities for my birthday that just passed without getting out of breath!
My dr gave me the green light on trying to start a family!
I can get on my bike and just go without any weird weight bruises on my bum!!!
Its all been worth it and now I have to create the new habit of using SP everyday to track my caloric intake!
My newest goal is to cut soda. This weekend I managed to cut out caffeine but now I need to say buh bye to carbonated drinks for the long run!
