How did I do over Memorial Day weekend? Pretty bad...
I spent the day at my parents' house and there is always food around. I did make some healthier choices (like taking a smaller slice of homemade cheesecake and a larger portion of fresh fruit, and not snacking on the Oreos). However, I know just the sheer amount of food I ate set me back.
And I was so tired that I opted to stay home and take a nap while everyone else went swimming.
So, back at work today and trying to get back on track. I'm curious to see how things look tomorrow when I weigh myself. And I should be ending off the week better. We are planning to head to Six Flags Fiesta Texas for the first time with the kids. Since that will be a TON of walking I'll get some good exercise in those days!
