Kicking the sugar habit-Week One Update

This week was pretty good because I only overindulged in sugar about three times rather than everyday. I was able to identify that I really craved sugar after working and when I have sugar I start to crave it more...so if I put brown sugar in oatmeal I just want to make cake and eat it.
I can also tell a difference in the way I feel after I indulge. Its like my body gets sluggish and I'm tired. I also think less of myself.
When I am able to resist a craving though I feel really amazing like...I can overcome anything. Its truly a great feeling.
I'm on to week two of my challenge now and I have high hopes for everything to turn out well.
