I am flabbergasted by the results and felt I just had to share with you
what I learned and was sharing with my sister.
I would mention that the CHIP'S program covered a ton of topics
(some like this as a guy I really was not interested in some things
other then to share the information with my sister).
The nutshell is this ...
Meat has hormones in it naturally...
Meat is fed hormones = much more issues with hot flashes,
and well anything to do with cramps etc..
So dairy comes from a Cow who gets these shots to produce more =
more in your blood from a slice of cheese or tab of cream cheese
(the worse cheese to eat btw) hurts you more then you know.
The CHIP'S program showed a lot of videos and some dealing with
this topic were very cool.
One video had like 100 women they took off meat,eggs and well
basically they had them eat a vegan diet for 3 months.
The results were amazing in the pain level and many other
aspects as well . The funny thing is the women had signed up
were to go back to the regular diet after the 3 months ...
They all totally refused! No one in the test would do it!
That was the kicker , every women that did the diet
(less meat,eggs and dairy will help as well)
reported drastic improvements in energy and many other areas.
This also effects pain and
how much of it we have. I used to be a 3 of 10 after my rehab every
morning .... DO NOT GET ME STARTED on the weather and how
it reeked havoc with my pain levels... But since I switched to a mostly
Vegan diet My pain in the morning varies from 1 to 2 max!
I know that me exercising helps with this ... BUT .. it did not help
over the last 2 years after I self rehabbed my low back my pain did
decrease some but only to the 3 level the change in eating has added more.
They say it takes 1.5 to 3 months to actually feel better..
I started feeling more... more awake ...more vibrant and just everything in
a week or so ...
