Okay, my "maintenance" has slowly crept up to an 8 pound weight gain. Well, really about 5 but I'm counting from my lowest in the past year. So I guess I better tackle this head on.
It's really quite a delicate balance. How many calories should I eat so I can still work out, lose weight and not feel drained. I lowered my calories a couple of weeks ago and found I could hardly do my cardio. I wonder if I may have had a bug or something. I can't imagine I'd be that fatigued. It was h*ll.
Anyway, this weekend went much better. So again I will try for lowering my calories and see what happens.
