YAH! Thanks to the Lose It calorie tracker (free app) and my Turbo Fire workouts, I conquered the piece of cheesecake my huband and I split the other day. Detailed in this blog post, "Cheesecake is NOT worth it":

Today I exceeded my goal of losing 4 lbs in May before going to California to see the in-laws and a family friend who is a Beachbody coach. She and I are going to do P90X2 together while I'm there, it'll be the perfect antidote to the in-laws. :)
I reached 4.6 off today for May and I still have a few days to go! This gives me a headstart on my next goal, which I had already set to be another 4 lbs before July 4 when I'll do a 10K in Nashville with my SIL, StarryEyed.
I'm only 3.4 from a healthy BMI again! I am really doing it, reversing the health and medical problems of the past few years and getting back to where I was. Even STRONGER.
