Da Pants! Da Pants!

Weighed in this morning and was totally disappointed. It didn't budge an inch. However, when putting on my pants that are normally a little snug, they weren't as difficult to pull on as usual. So, as Shakira says, her hips don't lie, lol.
I was a little excited that they fit better. I mean, who really wants to feel like they are stuffed into their clothing? Not this girl.
So, da pants! da pants! are my measure this week to keep me motivated.
I'm entering week 3 of the program. I know a lot of people get to this point and the excitement as worn off. I've found, however, that because my life it on the more hectic end of the scale right now, that I find comfort in tracking what I eat and making sure that I'm moving and being as active as possible. It's a nice way to finish my day by looking at the daily feedback.
I'm determined this week to make water more of a priority and to move around a whole lot more. The water is important to help flush all the bad stuff out of my body. And contrary to what my husband says, soda (even diet) doesn't count as water.
I don't know how much time I will have to actually do formal workouts this week, but my goal is to do at least 1-10 min workout a day and to keep my body in motion as much as possible.
