I know its tuesday, but with the long weekend the whole day is going to feel like Monday! I need to stay cognisent of the fact it is Tuesday since I have tons to pack and get ready for my road trip on Friday. Basically I have 3 days! O My just typing that I can feel the anxiety. To do lists are not complete, they are priority 1 for today after my workout of course.
I have to say I am sore after yesterdays run. Since its new for me, thats not unusual i guess. I had a hard time getting geared up for my morning yoga stretches (just a few morning stretches I do combined with some simple exercises to get my blood warmed up for the day). Im sure having extra coffee and caffeinne over the weekend isnt helping me either....need to get back on track. I getting so much great support and advice from Spark, Im a little upset I didnt join sooner. What a great motivator it would have been for me when I was on my weight loss journey! Ah well, when I get pregnant again and give birth Ill have some weight to shed, and I know youwill all be there for me !
Speaking of my next pregnancy, I have been on hormone therapy (estrogen patches) for over a week and tomorrow I will have an ultrasound to check my uterus to make sur eI am OK to carry again. Im excited to hear the news, start my shots (crazy) and get this show on the road. Transfer (of embryos) set for September 14th :). More on this as time passes.
Im not sure if ill take my laptop with me on the trip or not. We will be driving so much....it might not be worth it. I am looking forward to using the fitness center at the hotel! Again I will probably kill 2-3 routines, just to get a feel of how it feels on real Gym equipment. Plus to gear my body up for having to sit for so many consecutive hours....FYI we will be driving from Raleigh, NC to La Gaurdia NY. With 2 small kids.....i may perish ....
