For the last 3 months, I looked forward to May because yesterday was supposed to be my 5k run. It came and went, and I had to miss the run due to a large family camping trip. I'm disappointed that I missed it, but I think it worked out for the best since I wasn't all that prepared for it. Last week my 2 yr old had fever and was miserable for 3 days straight so no exercise for me, entire weekend was out and with husband and his family.
Since my last run in February, my diet and exercise has slowly gone down hill and is currently at rock bottom..319 mins all month has been the lowest for me in a while. I feel like crap and I'm depressed every other day and I think lack of exercise is the reason.
Regarding the sisterinlaw sistuation, I'm slowly getting over it. We texted one day about a week ago and planned to fix a lunch date.
I have a wedding to go to on July 7th in NY so I have a lot to work on in June. My husband, believe it or not, is in the 2rd week of his running program and doing really well with it. He's actually loving it. We still can't run together, but I have him to talk about running and eating right. He's actually doing much better than I'm currently doing which is sooo not right, so I have to fix that lol
Hope everyone is doing way better than I am. My favorite sparkfriends continue to inspire me on a daily basis and as much as I wish could be just like them, I can't due to kids, work, scheduling issues, but in the mean time I will just get some exercise in. :-D
