Update on my goal last week, new goal for this week.

I managed to go and walk for at least 15 minutes every work day this last week. I was off today for the holiday, but I plan to do just the same this week. I'm going to build more consistency in this. I plan to belly dance tomorrow night for at least 40 minutes.

  Yay, great job of getting exercise in. Bet belly dancing is a blast and burns a ton of calories!
