Hello everyone! I hope that you all had a great Memorial Day and paid honor where it was due! We had a good weekend. We stayed at home most of the time doing things that needed to be done or just things that we wanted to do. I ate junk this weekend but nothing near a binge I am supposed to be concentrating on mindfulness this week. It is hard for me to do that because my mind goes 100 miles a minute it seems! If anyone needs to go to a Binge Eating Disorder Class, I recommend the one at St. Bernard's in Jonesboro. Dr. Christina Shaw is the head of it and she is GOOD at what she does!

Now, a question for you! I tripped several weeks ago and caught myself with my right arm to break the fall. Since then I have had horrible neck and shoulder pain and it feels more like a tissue or tendon injury, maybe muscular, anyway I have taken pain pills and used cold packs and heating pads and have taken Aspirin and Tramadol and nothing is working! Does anyone have any home remedies? I don't want to go the doctors! Thanks-Leslie

This was 2 weeks ago at Craighead Forest Park. We caught 10 nice channel catfish My husband still has to put bait on my hook if it is alive but I found this stinky stuff (dough) at Walmart and I baited my own hook and that stuff is good because I caught a lot of fish! LOL!! Stuff still stinks though! Whew!!! Oh yeah, I won't touch or clean the fish either but I will cook and eat them!!! LOL!

We spent the day with friends out of tow. It was a lot of driving, but the break from our regular routine was really great.
