The goals are beginning to work and it seems like I have finally got them worded so that they are measurable. As well, I have them broken down into smaller parts that are much more manageable. Small steps! So I would say that for this week I have met my goal in that department. Success!
I tried new recipes for two days in a row. Yesterday, I made Canadian Bacon, Broccoli, Corn chowder. It was quite a good recipe but I think the next time I make it, I will add something to give it a little more zip. Today, I made baked broccoli and really liked that. I had tried baking it before but didn't put anything on it and really didn't enjoy it that way. One of my goals for this week was to try three new recipes and I have met that goal.
The treadmill has welcomed me three days out of five so I've fallen a little short on that one.
I have had eight glasses of water each day.
I have been working on that one for at least four weeks.
I started a couple of new goals this week and am doing well with those as well. Maybe that's all I need. Goals broken into small parts. Once it is in writing it keeps it in my mind so I don't end up at ten in the evening with nothing done toward reaching my goals.
