Destroying Myself Slowly

Car is fixed, was full of fuel, it now needs a transmission flush.

I am working at night, have a casual sex partner, and am destroying myself slowly with vendor machine food.

Am trying to return to school to be a phlebotomist, it is not cheap, $2500. I need scholarship money ASAP.

I would love to exercise again. I have tried to meet a couple of people on here to go walking at least. I am a fast walker. I know I do not post on here that often, but that is because I rely on my clothes to tell me how I am doing and not a scale or getting some &*#$ing points. This is not Weight Watchers. This is my one and only life, and can't waste time with trying to add up points to get to some trophy I cannot touch :/

    Happy Independence Day!

I would love to work out but I am afraid I would hurt myself. right now I only get about 4 hours sleep.

Would toning/strength training for 15 minutes a day at least be better than nothing, or would i need to sleep 8 hours to really see results? This is my dilemma. Work out and see nothing, or not work out and....

    Everything looks uglier to me the next day...lol. I get the destroying yourself slowely. I went from being a runner to being a smoker after quitting for 3 years emoticon
