I had a great opportunity to a participate in a fitness nutrition and financial boot camp last week - the theme for all three - make small changes that do not cause fear. Don't trigger the fight or flight reflex by fooling the brain with small changes.
Changes include: ramping up the fiber - make carb use efficient and consistent through the day.
Vary your cardio - but as you have read here before - start by being more active.
Do strength training - they were big on exercises that imitate daily life - especially balance and range of motion.
All good themes for all of us to follow - and on the financial side - save a little more, spend a little less - not rocket science but if it were easy we would all be healthy and rich. Let's just start with healthier and in an improved financial condition.
