Studying for my license here...because I officially completed graduate school!
The bad news is that it has been four months since I last sparked.
I was doing very well and at least maintaining my weight, but over the past month I have really, really started to slip.
A few things I've noticed:
(1) I've done a lot of emotional eating.
(2) I haven't lifted any weights; minimal running or biking.
(3) TOO many sweets.
I need to get back on track. It's so easy to put other things--work, studying, family--"first" before your health. In fact, I started to revert to that person who felt guilty about taking time for a run or to cook a healthy meal...and that's when things really start to slip.
So, I'm rededicating myself to health and looking forward to catching up with my Spark friends. I want this health journey to be one without a return ticket back to the land of bad health habits!
