Very pleased that I have been able to run every other day. Routine is to walk 5 minutes (warm-up), then run for 25-30 minutes, with a 5 minute cool down. My goal is for me to be able to run a whole hour!! Slowly but surely I will get there. I remember when I could only run for 5 minutes straight. I am amazed at what my body can do:) I am continuing to work out the days in between running. The Firm workouts can def bring out the sweat.
