A month ago or so there was a blog on a product called Yonanas it makes your own frozen yogurt and the main ingredient is bananas. If anyone knows me I should have been a monkey I love bananas!!! So after watching the video and reading up on I was sold. The best part was I was going on a trip to the states so I didnt have to order one. It is fabulous It is the one of the best healthy snacks or deserts I have ever had. I used frozen bananas and mixed frozen fruit and a tablespoon pf peanut butter. it was like it was right out the store. We used to spend lots on frozen yogurt seeing as we ahve 4 kids lol. The machine came with all kinds of great recipes. you just have to freeze a bunch of bananas and other fruit and get a few other dry ingridents its very simple and tastes so good. If you like frozen yogurt and bananas you need to add this to your kitchen gadgets. THANK_YOU SPARKPEOPLE

Yum. Have you ever heard of PB2? It's a powdered peanut butter with chocolate. 2 tbsp are only 45 calories. Only 1 g of fat too. That would really be good in the smoothie too. I got mine on line at IHERB.com. Just saying.......

Thanks! I've never even heard of it! My kids eat so much ice cream...this would be a great "trick". :)

I love bananas, too - and often start my day with a banana/protein smoothie.
I'll definitely be checking this out.
