Today Review

Will just be quick as I'm heading to bed.

Exercise went great, ran and then elipticized (yeah right like that's a word) and then did a 1250m swim.

Eating was good too, nothing unhealthy though I couldn't seem to stop grazing today on tomatos and blueberries. I guess there are worse things to eat. Oh and I had some jelly beans. Whoops!

Tomorrow plans:
Run 25min, elliptical for 30 min, swim 1600 meters (adding in another 150m to make it a mile)
Eat on track! 9bar and tea for breakfast, turkey for lunch, chicken for dinner.
