I had an alright week. I got down to 344.0! Almost in to the 230's =D YAY!! Saturday was pretty sh**** calorie wise (family bbq, babysat all night, had pizza, ice scream milkshake, ect.) but I'm not gonna let it bother me too much. Yesterday was pretty good. Today I have a fruit shake for breakfast (bananas, strawberries, cherries w/ ice in the blender.) for lunch I had dirty rice curry and i had pear for a snack. I'm not sure what I'm gonna have for dinner but I think I might just finish the rest of my fruit shake. Friday is weigh in. Make another blog then!
