I got the hubby interested in what we're doing. He even let me put the sparkpeople app on his phone. The hard part with him is his mindset. To him we're dieting - to me we're learning a new life skill. I have to keep banging his head that we need to eat ALL day. We'll get there.
I hope I can get him interested in the website. Right now I'm tracking both our foods. I end up spending more time sitting here than I want. But I know if it turns into too much work for him, than he'll say to hell with it!
Also, we did really good yesterday with food. So proud of myself because I ate something new without gagging. Found a tasty recipe for sauteed green beans. Usually I dump a ton of margarine on them and warm them up. This was way healthier AND uber tastier. Just a bit of olive oil, soy sauce & garlic. I'd like some more! LOL
