Sometimes i get sick of myself and my excuses; i don't have time, i'm too tired, i have housework to do, blah blah blah. So i decided to give myself a kick in the backside.
The only sweet stuff in the house is fruit, and i'm having a bloody good go at 30 Day Shred. I am trying to be realistic about the fact that it's not going to happen every single day but i'm hoping i can get to it 5 days a week at least. I'm 4 days in and feeling it. I'm either waiting until Roxanne is in bed or i have to get up early but it's only 20 minutes.
And as for the housework....life is way too short to spend it cleaning. I have a blitz once a week and then just do what i have to daily, and i make my hubby help with stuff of course.
My major problem is my growing addiction to peanut butter. Just cannot keep it out of the house.
