I'm feeling good. Since today was a holiday, I easily could have justified not working out, but I didn't take that route. I did my 30 minutes and I started strength training today as well. I just had to mark this moment in my journey because I feel it's an important (even if rather small) milestone.
On Thursday, I will start my couch to 5k program. I really want to run the Color 5k in December. It will be my first and I'm super excited about it. Funny. I never thought I would be the girl saying I'm excited about a run. lol Just goes to show that change IS possible.
