So day one has been a success. Thank gosh! I was thinking it was a bit of a mistake to plan a workout for myself after Zumba... As I don't get home until 8pm after the class... and that's late haha.
So my food was good - although I skipped breakfast. Purely by accident. That won't happen tomorrow. I think it's better than having a load of rubbish for brekkie though? :S
Lunch was a portion of Slimming World quiche that my work mate brought in for me. Fantastic!
Zumba was good fun. A good little sweat. And a laugh!
Got home and did as planned, ZWOW#7. It went like this.
3 Rounds of the following -
10 Jump Lunge + Side Kick
10 Supergirl Pushups
200 High Knees (Did without rope)
20 Oblique Twists
I completed 3 rounds in 12:18. I'm mega happy with that.
Time to sort out something to eat!
