Well... day one.
It was a good day to start, since I am off work. My husband is off frolicking with some friends- so I got up, had a breakfast of Cobani yogurt with peach- and started my day.
I signed up for a Challenge where I watch do a 10 minute strength video each morning with 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.
I did the video this morning, then decided to dance around my room to Just Dance for about 15 minutes. I finished up with 20 minutes of Wii Fit.
I have a plan for my food daily.
For breakfast, I am thinking of just doing a yogurt and a cup of hot green tea. Lunches I will have probably a healthy choice frozen meal to make it easy. Yogurt, pudding, some strawberries, grapes.. I'll switch it up.
I am hoping to limit my calorie intake to about 1200-1300 a day. The thingy here says 1200-1500.
