Will Power vs Want Power

People say that they have no will power to day what they should be doing. What exactly is will power? Is it willing your self to do the things you should, or is it simply telling yourself that you will do it but never do?
I have adopted the "Want Power" attitude!! I WANT to lose weight therefore I WILL lose the weight! Like my husband is always telling me, " you have to WANT to change before you can actually change". I do agree with him.
So if you are reading this I think that Want power comes before the Will power & then they go hand in hand & you will succeed!!

    You are absolutely right - I have never thought about it that way ! Words are amazing things - when the drive in person asks "do you want fries with that ? I will remember what it is that I really want - Thanks !
