Personal update from last night. Here is a written summary of the basic content:
Woohoos of the Week -
* T-shirt I made last year that was too small is now too big for me!
* Lady Vanderbilt jeans (Not Lady Godiva!) about 4" too big in waist now.
* Flatter tummy.
* Firmer thigh muscles - DH notices, too.
* Play date for son - neighbor (soldier) willing to watch him on weekends.
* Nap
*Me-time!

I didn't get up for the 9 AM parade I mentioned, but we'll get to the one at 2 pm in next town.
How I get started.. Sometimes I read something or watch something that one of you posts and it gets me moving!
Thanks to Mesama! I did the 7th day of the Boot Camp- core training with Coach Nichole. I felt EMPOWERED after this!

That workout is part of a team challenge, but anyone can do it. I decided to try the whole challenge. It works better to have a partner to help motivate you and support you. Does anyone want to do it with me?
