Its been a few days and I'm feeling on track. I've cut down on the carve and I'm pushing up the veggies. The goal is to have my sugar down by August. I'm pretty motivated and I have an entire month before I start night classes again. If I can't get myself in balance how can I even think about getting a better job in human services. I'm learning to put myself first and its hard.
