Today, Monday, May 28, 2012, I really, really, really want to get back on track with running. I've got a half marathon in 12 weeks and I want to run strong. I've been very flaky with my training while I've been focusing on weight loss - because I burn more calories and lose more weight with other workouts.
Today - I'm going to commit to getting back on track with my training for the half on 8/19.
I'm going to start right now by going for a run......
