So last week was the last one of Phase I. The results are disappointing, though. I usually weigh myself on Mondays and today stepped on the scale to reveal an almost 3 lb gain. Whaaaat? Yeah, gain as in MORE weight than last week. I'm going to assume it's water retention as it's that time of the month and won't count this current weight in the stats. I don't think it was a true gain.
I also said I would measure myself after the phase was over and I did last night. Here are those results:
Beginning: Phase I
Weight: 157.2 153.6
Waist: 37.5" 36"
Belly: 39" 37.5"
Thigh: 24" 23.5"
Arm: 13" 12.5"
Calf: 14.75" 14"
Today I start Half Marathon training again and am hoping that the added runs 4 times per week will result in some weight loss.
