Cruise lines make it so easy to stay focused on living a healthy lifestyle. Too bad I forgot. Yes, I ate lots of fruits and vegetables on board the ship,along with with everything else. Not once did I feel a hunger pang. I took the stairs instead of the elevator most of the time. I even went kayaking. And then I would lay around the pool. And lay and lay. I did drag myself off the lounge chair once to walk 2 miles. That was my exercise for the week I was gone. I'm back and starting again!
