I just finished weighing and measuring. The news wasn't good. Up 5 more pounds from my 2 week, end of school, graduation parties and Memorial Day weekend BASH! I wasn't really caring what I ate because I knew that I would be starting this today and that I would be eating a very restricted diet for quite some time. I am committed but not looking forward to the carb withdrawals that will be intense today.
I sure have missed checking in with Spark friends but life was too busy to chat or check. I will be trying to keep up my blog on a daily basis to journal my progress on what I believe will be my last "diet" journey.
I will be following a modified Ideal Protein regimen, applying many of the BFFM principles as well.
I'm still waiting for the CentsAble diet to arrive, perhaps tomorrow. This person developed a list of foods and recipes compatible with Ideal Protein that will allow you to follow the protocol without purchasing the foods through the official program, which is very expensive. Don't worry, I am planning on meeting with a professional dietary consultant for regular consultations and weigh-ins. This person will inspect my food journals and make sure I'm on track. :)
