My stress level continues to be sky-high so it is time to develop a strategy to keep on track to my weight and fitness goals. Temperatures this Memorial Day are going to be in the 90s here, so I am revamping my eating and drinking choices. I had my usual oatmeal and protein at 6, but I am going to look at cool foods as the theme for the rest of the day. Time to keep the ice cube trays filled too, because I do not drink unless forced to, but cold drinks in summer are easier to take than warm ones.
