Low carb, not no carb.

Determined to alter the way I eat forever. Iv tried low fat and healthy, but did not manage my carbs and so piled weight on. Now I am concentrating on cutting my carbs down to 5 small portions per day.

Looking forward to enjoying eating emoticon

    emoticon try to remember it is all a balance of calorie intake versus calorie burn. Carbs proteins and fats are all essential to the human body. it is a matter of moderation and balance. emoticon
