Come dance with me!! This is a 10 minute long (ok, 11, as it turns out) of dancing. So if you watch this and get up and dance along with me, you'll have 10 minutes of cardio done already!
There are shout-outs in here to Carmel, CurvyElvie, and LynnLovesLife to get up and dance with me. I invite ALL of you to get up and dance, too! And if you do, I'll give you special shout-outs and/or a goodie, too.

I did three full songs and a bit of the fourth to make sure we got in 10 mins. But if you just do the first three, you've done 10 min. as it turns out. However, watch to the end. Cameo by my dog, Nessa. I did find two lost dog toys and she was happier.
Remember to drink 8 0z. water every 15 minutes, so that's like one big swig of water between every song.
