When I wake up in a few hours, it will be Memorial Day...a brand new day. I am starting back my walking routine and I am going to add some ab exercises in there too. My little girl, Chloe, is my walking partner and when I go to the gym, I have a friend, Christine, that works out with me. Chloe is such a little motivator at just 6 years old. The other day, she ran 1/2 a mile straight! She is going to be a runner I think!
I am aiming to start drinking at least a gallon of water a day...that might be a little hard for me to do at first because I hate water but my body needs it. I am also going to try and eat healthier but I will not deny myself anything because that only leads to me wanting bad things more which is disastrous for me!
My ultimate goal is to run the Disney Princess half marathon at Disney in Florida and to run the Rock N Roll half marathon in Va Beach, VA. These are tentative goals that I want to accomplish 1 day and I am not setting a time limit. That way I do not set myself up to fail.
My ultimate goal is to look drop dead gorgeous at my wedding (he hasn't proposed yet but he's told me its coming 1 day when I least expect it). Before I get remarried again, I do want to get fit and healthy, and finish nursing school! So here's to a great start to a new challenge for myself!
