Spin Class in the AM
Monday, May 28, 2012
Tomorrow is a day off work - Woo Hoo! And what better way to start the day than with a Spin class that I could never attend during the normal work week as I'd be racing off to a meeting rather than peddling my little heart out on the typical routine. Anxiously awaiting my lunch hour to head out for my walk.
But instead tomorrow promises to start off well - with an hour of spinning and then my husband agreed that we'll take our kayaks down to the harbor and do a little ocean kayaking. Just about the time we're done our dear son should be returning from his sailing competition in San Francisco. Hoping that they had the chance to experience some of the festivities from the Golden Gate Bridge turning 75 years old - but I'm guessing he was too busy with the competition to notice. He isn't up there as a tourist afterall.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my Spin class - wish me well. And here's hoping everyone enjoys a fun day celebrating Memorial Day (and we should all turn our attention to the meaning of the day as well, right?). Let Freedom Reign!
