Almost didn't get my walk in today. My son took me to see MIB3 and when we got home, it was 9:30. I sat and contemplated missing my commitment that for 21 days I would walk for at least 10 minutes a day. I have done much more than that every day since I started, but honestly tonight I really wanted to let it go and skip it. I shared the thought with my husband who said, "Nope, let's go. We can do it." I knew he didn't want to go, but did it to help me.

It was actually a nice walk. A cool, crisp night.

Onward we go...

    Well done, and great that your husband encouraged you and went with you. I know for me once I start missing on my commitments to myself it all starts to slide, so this is an inspirational post to remind me I don't have to do that. Thanks.
