I've only been tracking my nutrition for a little over 2 weeks now, but I've found something interesting. I always thought that the weekends were when I was overeating and gut-busting my calories. So imagine my surprise when I realized I was actually having trouble eating enough calories on Saturday and Sunday! I even treated myself to my favorite beverage today since I was 300 calories under for yesterday....a 20oz bottle of Pepsi. I drank it half a bottle at a time throughout the day and I'm still 50 calories under for the day!
