Just a quick note to self:
I enjoyed the day and ate what I wanted, going less than 200 calories over. Relax.
I'll be back at work Monday, back in my normal routine. I haven't lost sight of all my goals just because I didn't follow my food plan for the day and didn't exercise.
I also didn't binge or eat any take out.
Back on the horse tomorrow, no excuses.
